Interview
Initial phone conversation with recruiter, then on site interview with 4 project managers. Spoke to each for about 30 minutes and was told a follow up email would be sent about further steps. No email was ever sent, so I followed up with multiple emails to the recruiter I had been speaking to as well as the project managers and no one responded to me. I sent five emails to the recruiter, and he has not responded to any of them.

Asked about previous work experience, a project I was most proud of, what I learned from previous projects. One project manager brought a part with him and asked what a detail drawing would look like for the part and had me sketch it out.
1 hiring manager call, in person panel interview with engineering challenge. lasted about 4 hours, with challenge at the beginning, questions about challenge, then spoke to each person on panel separately

Went very smoothly and team seemed very happy to answer hard questions.
