I found Globys to be a very interesting company. I had three phone interviews: one screening with HR, one problems and algorithms discussion with a senior manager, and one technical with two developers. Then I was invited to give a scientific presentation in person in their office in Seattle. Everyone I met was bright and enthusiastic about their work. Everything was great: the phone interviews, the trip organization, and the interviewing in person. I did not get an offer because they decided to change the position I applied to and other types of experience became more relevant.
