I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GloryBee (Eugene, OR) in Apr 2025
Interview
I had two interviews for the IT Manager position they had open, one an initial phone screen and then an onsite interview with the CEO and CFO. Normal questions about background, experience, and how I handle certain situations. I was told I would be notified one way or another about the job. I followed up after the onsite and was told by their HR director I would know by the end of the week, two weeks pass and I followed up again since I had not heard and still no follow-up. It's one thing to not respond to every application as I'm sure you have a lot going on, but to interview someone twice and then ghost them is unprofessional to say the least.
Very thorough and complete. There was a lot of questions to make sure it was a good fit for both the company and me. I appreciated the time they put into the interview.

Question 1
My experience and how it translates to the position
Several aptitude tests were given even before the opportunity to interview. Then a zoom interview, then an in person interview with several people that felt a bit like an interrogation, all to be told they liked me but hired an internal candidate, and please apply again
