I was offered an interview one week after the role closed and one week before the interview date. Communications with the recruitment team were positive. Interviewed by a panel of three. Most of which were pleasant, one was quite standoffish. Interview seemed to go really well following a lot of preparation. Next week, after chasing, I received a template rejection with no personalised feedback which was extremely disappointing given the amount of effort put into the interview. Requested feedback but none provided. Really unhelpful and probably the worst experience I’ve had following an unsuccessful interview. Very disheartening.
