Started with a Skype Interview. Continued with aptitude and personality tests. Went further with 7 detailed and full depth business cases to solve. These cases were on an app. With no time limit. But were quite heavy to solve. Very time consuming for sure

Different real situation of the company in different countries where they already have operations and asked for exact steps to do, letters you would send to government officials, Memos you would send to employees, urgent corrective tactics you would perform to recover lost clients, analysing data from the app reg. Downloads, deliveries and costs. Etc.
