Initial recruiter remote screening 2-3 weeks after application, followed by series of 1:1 remote interviews with Glovo hiring manager, engineering managers and product managers. Process lasted 2-3 weeks, due to scheduling challenges on both ends, but was otherwise efficient and a wholly positive experience. Recruiting staff explained the process clearly and thoroughly, including relocation and visa steps, subject to the outcome of the interviews.
