I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Go-Ahead Group (London, England) in June 2018
Interview
Process took roughly two weeks. Received a call to come in for an assessment day for 8:45 at one of the garages, was told we would be there for near enough the whole day. Once we got there we had to give the receptionist our passport and license to copy. We were then taken to a classroom to do a literal and numeral test. Once we completed that, we then had to wait in the lobby to find out if we passed or not, if we did - we were then taken by a really nice man for a test drive in a big van to see how we coped on the road and how we would cope driving the bus. After the drive, we then had an interview asking the usual questions and were shown the typical bus driver schedule. Once the interview was done, we were told whether we had the job or not.
