I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Go-Live Labs (Sunnyvale, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
The office was easy to locate and is very convenient to the bus station. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. The test I took was 25 questions and was very eye opening, as to where I needed to up my skills on. I like that I can take some training there for the fields I need improvement in. I was very pleased with the feedback I received from the UI Developer, very nice and personable guy, who definitely is very knowledgeable in the field. The Whole experience was very positive.

Interview
This place is a joke. Came in for interview and couldn't find a single person to talk to. After 10 minutes a lady finally noticed me and tells me I am way to early even though I was right on time. I was then immediately handed a coding test with 3 questions. After the coding test I was sent to another room to talk with the CTO who barely looked over my answers and rushed through some JavaScript questions. After that I was sent to another room to talk to the CEO(who was rude). All he told me was basically I am not qualified for this position and then tries to sell me their "bootcamp" training for $15k. The CEO kept stating they offer the best UX training in the world, but in contrary I don't see any online reviews besides the fake testimonials posted by their sales person. I feel like this whole interview process was just them trying to make you feel bad and recruit you for their $15k training bootcamp. Overall terrible experience and disorganized.
