What interview process? The recruiter reached out to me on Indeed, we scheduled a Zoom interview and then she was a no-show for our meeting. So, I reached out to the main office. I was told she was in an emergency meeting with the owner and left a message. I also sent a nice, polite email explaining I've researched this company, and was excited to talk further about this opportunity and when can we speak again. I got no response. Just an utter waste of time, especially when I did take the time to get ready for this interview. Do better if you really want to recruit people with talent! I also read that many people said there is no work/life balance. To me, that is part of being a recruiter and in many sales jobs. It didn't phase me. But the complaints on here about management not being organized must really be true.

They reached out to me to apply. I confirmed by sending my resume. They reached out for a zoom interview. We scheduled it but they did not show. I waited 10 min and sent them an email. Sometimes things happen and asked if they wanted to reschedule. They responded with an apology and an reset date. They NO SHOWED AGAIN. Thanks for wasting my time.
