* Introductory interview: 30min call with HR (although I did the interview with the CTO)
* Offline test: Provide the solution for a problem
* Technical interview: 60-90min meeting with CTO and colleagues
* Organisational fit interview: 45min (which I have done during the technical interview)
Overall the process was OK but after the last interview which should have been followed by either an offer or a rejection, I have been put on hold for over 2 weeks without feedback. They said that they had to do some "internal alignment".
Waiting such a long time wasn't a pleasant experience.
