I applied online. I interviewed at GoFundMe (Royal Oak, MI) in Apr 2017
Interview
Quick, rushed interview process. I was first contacted by a recruiter after applying to the position on Linkedin. I had a 30 minute phone interview with Katie, and she communicated through email after that.
I had an in-person interview with two separate people in Royal Oak, MI. The environment was very relaxed, and I had a good feeling about the company. After all, their whole motto is " If you don't give back, no one will like you."
After my interviews, I was told that I would receive a notification about the position shortly. I never received anything, and it has been over a month. I was told that I would hear by the next day. I strongly believe that this shows the real integrity of the company. They do not care about you unless they want you. At least have the general respect and decency to reach out to your prospects to let them know that they were not chosen for the position. For a fundraising company, I would have expected much more. I am extremely disappointed.
