This was one of the worst and laziest recruiters I have ever encountered. She jumped straight into questions about my background without providing any information about the company at any point during the interview. Furthermore, she was not articulate, which made the conversation difficult to follow.
When I asked her what excites her about working at GoGlobal, she gave a completely generic response and mentioned that her job was remote. That is hardly the answer of someone who is a credible ambassador for their company.
To make matters worse, she committed to following up with me the following week and that never happened. I followed up once, two weeks after the interview, and was completely ghosted. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on GoGlobal as an organization.
