One product design question, focus will be on your approach. Round3 This round will be with product head. Focus again will be on previous experience. Red flag Even before the start of third round HR asked for all salary documents. During third round head directly informs you that you are through and HR will reach for documents and offer. Post that HR goes in a silent mode for2-3 weeks with no further updates. Then suddenly informs that someone else is selected for the role. They could have first evaluated all the candidates before communicating anything to the candidate. Interview process is average, no product sense was analysed. Overall it seems decision making process is not well thought out in the organisation.
