simply useless, irrelevant and time wasting. Questions asked had nothing to do with skills required for the job. CEO has absolutely no idea as how to hire. FL is usually under qualified herself so doesn't have any clue as how to recruit right people.

irrelevant questions were asked that had nothing to do with the role. The policies that they tell in the interview don't exist at all. The offer is completely fake. CEO will make fake promises.
