1. Phone screening with the recruiter
-Just basic questions about my resume and past experience.
2. Phone screening with the team leader
-Just basic questions about my goals, achievements and experience.
3. On-site interview which took 3 hours
-The on-site interview consist of 4 stages.
First you have to speak with the recruiter who is going to explain you more about the company.
-Second you have to speak with the team leader about LogMeIn and he is going to ask you some questions, see below + resume check.
-Third you are going to speak with two managers in Boston, explain them who you are, your skills and why they should hire you, remember they look for a cultural fit as well, be yourself!
-Fourth you are going to get a tour around the office.
4. Feedback from the managers in Boston
-It takes about 4-5 days for them to make a decision.
The whole process took 3 weeks for me.
Advice: Be honest and don't be nervous!

The interview was conducted by 3 people - two men and a woman in a small meeting room. They had been interviewing all day but still gave me a lot of attention and made it fun. It was a low pressure, friendly atmosphere.

, apllied via a staffing agency, who got me a phone interview the next day, i got a call from thiago, he asked basic interview questions for 5 min,then and i got the job, not sure he ever saw my resume, they asked more of character information, not much for skills or education.
