Phone interview then met personally with 5 managers at their office relaxed vibe and smart questions Had a tour at the office and also learned about the company coulture. Managers were welcoming and willing to answer questions as well, also had a change to shadow someone who worked as a User Services rep.

The interview was conducted by 3 people - two men and a woman in a small meeting room. They had been interviewing all day but still gave me a lot of attention and made it fun. It was a low pressure, friendly atmosphere.
