      Engineer Interview

      9 Nov 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Broomfield, CO
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gogo (Broomfield, CO) in Jan 2011

      Interview

Technical interview involving three managers and four peers. Questions were directly related to the job to be performed. The peers were knowledgeable and courteous, and obviously knew their jobs. The managers, on average, were, well, average. The management was not particularly inspiring. Since taking the job, I wish I had listened to my instincts there and taken another job that was being offered to me at the same time. The management here is not very good at managing. They have very little "people" skills, only technical ones. One manager in particular has neither.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was asked how many hours of unpaid overtime did I expect to have to put in on this position.
