The 2 interviews took place virtually, with a competency interview followed by a values interview. The competency interview questions were as expected for the role. For the values interview, you will meet with two of your future colleagues, who have a set of questions that allow you to explain how you understand the values of the company. The interviews were both 1h, and feedback was received within 48h.
