It's a long selection process, yet still fast. You will face three times interview including twice HR interview, one via phone and direct interview, then Head of Business Unit interview.

Its quite fast.. i just doing psikotest then interview with GM HR,then few weeks after the test i get accepted in company. I think you need diplomatic to pass the interview session it tooks almost 1.5 hour for interview session
