Seriously everyone is accepted, and by everyone I mean everyone, because you see the company don't pay a salary for Dealers they only get commissions so the company hiring many dealers won't hurt it because whatever the dealer is making a month the company is making more....The interview well its not really an interview its basically explaining whats the job is about then at the end of the interview, they will ask you if you're interested in such a job.
