HR emphasized that "punctuality is essential for the interview" in the email (stated 9 am will begin). However, the session starts at about 9.30 am.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
HR associate settled us down in a conference room (waiting room) at 9.30 am and explained about the process of interview.
First round, we have a short meeting/interview with HR and Training Manager (TM) in a group of 4 people in another room.
The HR is the interviewer while TM is recorded down our answers.
2 questions:
1) If during the movie screening, a child is screaming and disturbing other audiences, what is your action?
2) Meeting with the boss is in 15 minutes, and every staff includes yourself is still stuck in heavy traffic jam, what is your action?
HR will point at you and ask for your opinion and will keep changing the scenario for each person.
Then, we are required to fill in personal information, IQ test (20 questions) and personality test in the waiting room.
Then, we wait again.
Finally, the first elimination starts...
For those who didn't get at least 50% of the IQ test is eliminated.
Then, we wait again.
Next, we proceed to the next round, which is a group interview (or group discussion). The group interview is conducted in the next room [where Operation Manager (OM) join the session].
The interview is conducted in debate form.
Question: Interpersonal vs. Technical
Additional question by the OM: Teenager under age 18 purchased 18-rated tickets and get caught, what would you do?
Then lunch break.
Back from lunch, elimination for those who failed to proceed to individual interview.
For those successes proceed, we wait again for HR to call us one by one for the individual interview.
Question: Why do you choose to work in entertainment line? (I only remember this question)
