Interview
Met with the head designer first to present my portfolio and discuss my background and education. There was also a test to make sure that I was capable of performing the main job task. Came back for a second interview to meet with the Head Merchandiser and discuss my background and experience. A few personality questions were asked.

Interview
I initially called my employer asking if he have any vacancy for me to fill in, there was, it was on a Friday evening and i was told to start by Monday, with free board and lodging and SSS & Philhealth contribution.
