Having gone through school for the job I think it was and is a good spot to learn and see how things work. Takes a lot of initiative to learn what is needed. The part time people are just "alarm watchers" not going to learn much doing such. Other agents however, lazy and don't do the job. Management knows this but does nothing to resolve the issue.
