Applied online in July and was contacted for a fit interview in early August. The recruiter was very open and friendly and stated that he was moving me forward in the process. I was contacted an hour later to see if I could come in for a peer interview the following day. That interview was really good lasting almost 90 minutes. I was told that the VP would be in the following week and would meet him then. The VP interview was six days later onsite. He was extremely pleasant but I don't think he had reviewed my resume prior to my arrival. I was told a decision would be by the end of the week and I was the only external candidate. The following week, I sent an email to the recruiter that went unanswered. Two weeks after I left a VM message with again no response. After a month I emailed the VP for a gentle follow up. He replied immediately that an internal candidate was getting an offer.
Very disappointing as I seemed to click with the team there and they admitted that they had no real call center people already. A note to all recruiters - If it's a "no" then tell us. Ignoring me has really impacted my view of the operation there.
