Just asked favorite drink and available hours. Pretty straightforward for college students on break or high schoolers to work at. There's morning and afternoon shifts for people and it is a small store so generally 1-2 people working at a time.
Prior to in-person interview, I was given the drinks recipe of the top 10. During the interview, personal questions were asked as per usual and also they asked a few questions to see if you can memorize some of the top10 drinks recipe. Recipe randomly picked. and then after, I was offered to start my trial/training.

Very casual. Interview was conducted on a FaceTime call and only asked a few questions. Questions that were asked consisted of mainly situational questions with different types of customers, but they also asked about familiarity with boba and why you want to work here.
