The interview experience at Gong has been great. While the questions I've received have been thoughtful and intentional, the interviews themselves are held in a conversational way. This not only helps to put me at ease but also makes it easy to ask questions along the way- as it really is a two-way street! The recruiter, Austin King, is also a key part of making the interview process seamless and enjoyable, constantly providing updates along the way, giving tips heading into the interview, and checking in how I am feeling afterward. Regardless of how things play out, I have (and will) have nothing but good things to say.
