Whole process from first interview to offer took almost a month. 5 total interviews and 1 call to one of my references. Interviews were straightforward and consisted of a recruiter screening, Manager, colleague, mock call with fake customer (with Manager and colleague), and then with the Director. Communication was great, they were very transparent about what they could and couldn’t pay upfront, and the recruiter was lovely to work with.
