The whole process was pretty quick-
Once I submitted my application online, I had to do a data excercise on Stata/R that was moderately difficult and based on some survey data.
Following that I had 2 rounds of interviews testing my understanding of microeconometric tools and RCTs.
I went through their past and ongoing projects on their website, but I'd reccomend not spending too much time on that.

Personal- background, interest
Technical- balance tests, biased, open vs closed ended questions on surveys, etc.

It starts with data task then you are asked to face a technical interview. Data task is pretty simple then in interview is all based on research design and survey design.

you are sent a data task if you are shortlisted which is followed by two rounds of interviews. the data task consists of all sorts of data operations. like importing, cleaning, manipulating, visualising and interpreting the data.
