Interview was quite smooth and relatively quick. They were quick to respond with an offer of employment and were super accommodating of other things I had on my weekly schedule.

Mostly about prior experience and schedule conflicts.
Phone call to see if applicant is a good fit. Talked about resume and Knowledge of Drinks and recipes. In person interview to see restaurant. Good fit and was able to get job.
