They call you and ask you about yourself, your background, your experience, why should they hire you. Tell you about how long they been in business, and how great they treat employees but its all fluff and BS

phone interview, mostly him selling me on the product. Basic info given. Followup interview was a little more depth. I was given examples of long term employees that turned out to be family member (father) of the interviewer. Fairly normal interview to help them know me better.
