I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Goodfood (Montreal, QC) in Dec 2017
Interview
They ask about your previous experience and then you need to pass a French test where you email an upset client with 5 answers. Interview’s too easy for you to ever think it is a good opportunity. Don’t fall for it. It’s hell.
There was a remote interview with situational questions immediately followed by a test/exercise to complete on a strict time limit. The interview was conducted professionally and in a positive manner, with relevance ot the role.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to decline a customer request
Had a preliminary phone call, followed by an interview over using video call. Fairly simple, may ask you some scenario questions and a bit about your background info from your resume.
First of all, there is a phone screen to see if there is a fit between GF and the candidate , then a little interview with questions and finally a written test to juge your english/french level
