Had an initial video interview with the recruiter, Lauryn, and then two additional rounds; interview scheduling was a bit complicated but I flexed and made it work. I felt amazing about the company after I interviewed - I was beyond excited about the role and the people I would have the opportunity to work with. However, to echo someone else's review, I got completely ghosted. I have gotten zero word back about my candidate status, after calling, emailing, and texting the recruiter (and even saw via read receipt that the recruiter got my text). I understand that they might be interviewing other candidates or putting the role on hold, but some kind of update (even a holding email) would be appreciated. I've never been this disappointed by an interview experience before.
