It was very quick and easy. It was on site and very low pressure. They made it feel very comfortable. The interview lady was very nice. I ultimately turned down the job, but I did remember the process and how pleasant it was.

Question 1
To describe a time where I had to deal with difficult employee
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill (Arlington Heights, Cook, IL) in July 2012
Interview
Very friendly interiewer. Read questions from a packet, so I imagine that the questions everywhere should be very similar. We discussed my available hours and sales experience. At the end of the interview I signed off on my open hours and their right to perform a background check and a drug test.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time someone was upset with you. What did you do to resolve the issue?
simple, barely any questions. they didn’t ask much, first time worker and they still hired me sooo but that was 2021. It wasn’t awful but not very structured. could’ve been worse
Called me on the phone and set an in-person interview. Asked a few questions in their office, with just one manager. Interview probably lasted 30 minutes, with basic questions about my cashiering experience, why I was looking for a job, etc.
