It was not frustrating as some interviews can be. They asked general customer service questions. Presented several scenarios and asked about future ambitions. After the initial interview it took two weeks to start.
You were asked simple and direct questions. Your name, current occupation and why you wanted the job. What you would do in a situation where customer stole something. How you got along with others

Easy process, it took about 4 interviews, the last interview with the my direct manager, one with the store team, and finally I had a last interview with the store manager
