You fill out app online and then start calling the store to speak with someone to get you an interview. They set it up and have a questionnaire that they go off of to ask you.

Phone interview & zoom with three people about five questions per person no more than an hour the questions were slot about Goodwill so research the company know why you applied and pay is low

Apply online for the position. Talk with managers and district managers. Train for several months at the store they need help at, then get the job offer. The job has not been officially offered to me yet. I am still in training.
