Interview
The interview was over the phone. It was quick and easy. The questions were very standard. After the phone interview, they will bring you in to one of their offices. You will have to do a drug-test and fill out paperwork.

"What are some challenges you had at a previous job?"
They called me on the phone and referred me to interview with the company directly. The woman is very responsive and really wanted to help place me in a position as soon as possible.

Interview
Two individuals and lots if questions. Specific and professional. Will let you shadow as well. 2nd time is with the head of HR and she is very sweet. Will also be through and to the point.
