I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes (Rochester, NY) in June 2023
Interview
My interview consisted of three stages. First, there was a preliminary telephone screening. Following that, I had an in-person/Zoom meeting with the VP of Organizational Development within two weeks. Subsequently, I was scheduled to meet with the President and CEO three weeks later. Within 48 hours of the final interview, I received a job offer.
The communication remained steady throughout, alleviating any uncertainty about what would come next. During the interview with the VP, the discussion centered on my HR skills, competencies and business insight, resulting in a productive and insightful exchange. I found the conversations enjoyable and appreciated that they were well-prepared with relevant questions.
