I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goodyear
Interview
I have a decent amount of experience in the field, so the interview process wasn't particularly bad. My advice is to be bold, but respectful. Be confident in your experience and let them know what you can do, while still leaving room to learn and grow.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Goodyear (Savannah, GA) in June 2012
Interview
Was very laid back process. My friend recommended me, I dropped off my resume (empty at the time because I was fresh out of high school) he called me back in, we talked about the role, the pay. I then had to go take a drug test, then I came back in and he said that and the back ground check was came back and I got the job.
