Goodyear Quality Engineer interview questions

I talked to them at a job fair and left my resume. They called me immediately after and we setup an on campus interview. The interview was full of really hard, behavioral questions. They were basically trying to see how you react in situations and how you can back them up using previous experiences.

The process began with a phone screening, simple behavioral questions and a question and answer session. After that, there was an in person interview, where you went over your resume in more detail, and described relevant skills to the position.
