"After applying via an online job board, I was invited to set up a telephone interview for the Plant Manager - Bolingbrook, IL position with the farmer, hiring manager. After waiting for a full half hour past the appointment time, it was clear that farmer was a no-call, no-show. How rude! I fully understand that priorities can change and emergencies can occur during the day. All it takes is a quick text, email or call to ask for a reschedule. But not here, farmer was too good for that. After waiting the half hour, I called human resources to inform them I was available and that farmer was a no-call, no show. Tecchio indicated that farmer was probably busy (really??) and he was guaranteed to call me back later in the day. No-call, no show a second time for farmer… I wasn’t expecting anything else! If this is how Goodyear treats prospective employees, I can only imagine how bad they treat actual employees. Run forest run…. This is goodyears loss…. I have 5 years of rubber compounding and rubber molding experience…. LOL "
