Interview
Application screening – HR or recruiters review resumes and portfolios to shortlist candidates.
Initial HR round – covers background, communication, availability, and basic fit.
Technical/skill assessment – may be a design task, coding test, case study, or portfolio review.
Technical interview – in-depth questions about skills, problem-solving, and past projects.
Managerial/behavioral interview – focuses on teamwork, ownership, conflict handling, and alignment with company culture.
Final round – could be with senior leadership or cross-functional team members.
Offer stage – HR discusses salary, benefits, and joining formalities.

Interview
It was short, they were really pressing on hiring people, so they called me in the morning, and I essentially got hired by the afternoon.
They first called me a little before noon, which lasted for less than 30 mins. Then they gave me a call back by late afternoon and told me that they will proceed with the hiring process, and I got an offer by the next day.
