Nearly two months after applying I was called and invited for an interview. I was supposed to meet the HR manager and a member of the team but the HR manager wasn't present. I was kept waiting for about 15 mins alone in an interview room, but the chat I had with the other team member felt more organic and conversational rather than a grilling on my abilities and expectations. I was next given a design challenge to complete, and sadly wasn't taken on beyond that stage. While the feedback I was given was vague and not very helpful, the general communication levels were good and I knew what was happening and timelines at each stage which is very appreciated.
