Applied and sent in my resume 3 times per the instructions of the HR person. Had a first round interview with a Director that went well, he was friendly and knowledgeable. Pass through to the next round with hiring manager, interview went fine but he spend almost the entire time talking about himself and perhaps only asked 1 or 2 questions about my experience or skills. Proceeded to be very slow to respond through follow up communications, said I was going to get a third interview but then sent a generic rejection after several weeks of waiting.
