You talk to talent acquisition for about 30 mins. if they like you they will usually make you an offer, they hardly seemed to know the setup of the kitchen when I was hired, it is a food truck and they didnt mention that.

What is your job history? Are you a quick learner?...very basic since they do not ask you about relevant work experience.

Was via Zoom. The recruiter explained the company and what my role would be. Was then asked about my skills and passions. Then my availability. Simple process. I was offered after the interview.
