Interview
Two stage interview process, first with the recruiter and second stage with the Hiring Manager, both interviews were via video call. The first stage interview went well and they asked me some interesting questions and told me more information about the company and the role. I was very happy when I was told I got through to second stage and spent a lot of time researching more about the company. My second stage interview was via video call and was cancelled twice at last minute and then rearranged for the end of the day. When the hiring manager got on the call they asked one question which was about my current role. Once I had finished my answer she then started to end the interview by asking if I had any questions. The interviewer appeared very uninterested and it was clear that they had already decided on the outcome of the interview before even meeting me. I was left feeling very dissatisfied and when I asked the Recruiter for further feedback I never got a response.

Interview
Contacted via LinkedIn and commenced communication via email. Had about 4 video/phone interviews. Resulted in no offer, but as a TA professional, expected more than a canned rejection after essentially being in the final round. It was a generally unorganized process so if asked to move forward, I’d suggest following up regularly. Nothing bad to say about the company and may apply in the future, just not with TA.
