Initial screening was via phone call. Scheduled two onsite interviews - first was average - nothing too challenging or difficult. Talked with multiple people onsite. Second round was with VP. The scheduling of the onsite interview was very disorganized & haphazard, however conversation happened. Small organization, very small IT group.
