Gorilla Technology interview questions

I was invited for an interview and had a genuine scheduling misunderstanding. I reached out promptly to explain and expressed clear interest in rescheduling, but the company declined to offer any flexibility. The process felt very rigid and lacked basic understanding or human empathy. Mistakes or miscommunications can happen, and it’s disappointing when a company doesn’t provide even a single chance to reschedule. First impressions matter, and a company’s hiring process reflects its internal culture. If there’s no room for a simple reschedule, it makes you question how flexible and understanding they are with employees as well.
