I applied through university. I interviewed at Goshen College
Interview
Three round interviews consisting of talking with hiring manager and meeting current staffing student members all under an hour each with a follow up interview shortly following. Questions reviewed were a mix of technical and personality based.
Drawn out, took a long time to get the interview. There didn't seem to be a process or system they followed. I was unimpressed with the interview and surprised I got a call with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Goshen College (Goshen, IN) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online and heard back within the week. Initial phone screening with the hiring manager went well, and covered questions to get to know me a little better as an applicant, to delve into my career so far, and to discuss a few details of the role in a broader sense. I was later invited to campus for an afternoon to tour of the performing arts venues, be introduced to the venue staff, and conduct an interview session with the selection committee. At the end of the afternoon on campus, I met with HR to discuss benefits and salary for the role. Ultimately, the salary was too low for me to continue with pursuing the position, and I respectfully withdrew my candidacy.
