I applied online. I interviewed at Gospel for Asia
Interview
A week long interview, stayed with staff and had meals arranged with staff. Had time talking with some of the leadership. They had a few videos to watch as well. I also had a bit of time working in the office with other staff members.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Gospel for Asia (Carrollton, TX)
Interview
We were given an application and called later for an interview. GFA is only looking for staff that will be submissive. GFA has a strong culture of male control so if you want to get a job there you must be willing to submit to leadership even when they are clearly in the wrong and lie to cover up their actions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Gospel for Asia (Carrollton, TX) in July 2012
Interview
GFA is most concerned with how loyal you will be. They are testing this. They test it by trying to see how "called" you are to gfa. Now that they have lost a majority of their staff they try to filter any new staff by having them go through School of Discipleship first. They have found that young adults are easier to manipulate.
