I've had a positive interview experience at Gousto.
The process involved an initial screening call, first-round interview, a task, and then a final interview (presentation).
The interview panel were friendly, put me at ease, and were happy to answer any questions I had about the role. I'd say it was a fairly average number of rounds for this level, and I was grateful the process moved quickly.
I was speaking with Raphael on the Gousto Talent Team throughout the process, and I had such a positive experience. He was really personable, supportive, and championed Gousto throughout. I had some quite specific questions about the opportunity as I had another offer on the table, and no question ever felt like too much trouble to answer. It's a great first impression of the business.
